Breaking Benjamin

Breaking Benjamin is a band which was founded in 1999 by lead singer and guitarist Benjamin Burnley and drummer Jeremy Hummel in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, USA. The first line-up also included guitarist Aaron Fink and bassist Mark Klepaski.

Their sound is the meeting spot of post-grunge and alternative metal, with Burnley being the leading songwriter of the band. He has cited as his influences bands like Nirvana, Live, Bush, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, and The Beatles among others.

Their current line-up comprises: Benjamin Burnley (vocals, rhythm guitar), Aaron Bruch (bass), Keith Wallen (rhythm guitar), Jasen Rauch (lead guitar) and Shaun Foist (drums).
