Rob Zombie, ZZ Top and More To Rock Upcoming Louder Than Life Festival

By Michael Haskoor June 30, 2015

With Louisville, KY’s Louder Than Life Festival only around the corner, taking place this fall on Oct. 3 & 4 at Champions Park, it seems like as good of a time as any to highlight its blockbuster headliners. The popular whiskey, food and music festival will see performances from Rob Zombie, ZZ Top, Godsmack, Shinedown, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Chevelle, Slash, Breaking Benjamin and many more.

Rob Zombie is currently working on his sixth studio album, which will serve as the follow-up to 2013’s ‘Venomous Rat Regeneration Vendor.’ Hopefully he’ll play some new songs! Chevelle are likely to play a career-spanning set, including songs from their most excellent 2014 release ‘La Gargola.’ Slash will be accompanied by Nyles Kennedy & The Conspirators. Although not a headliner per say, Breaking Benjamin, who reformed in 2014 and released an excellent new album in 2015 titled ‘Dark Before Dawn’ are likely to deliver a memorable set.

If you’re traveling from out of town, there are both camping and hotel options. You can check out the accommodations and full band lineup, as well as purchase tickets via the festival’s website. RockMusic.com plans to see you there!
